Shipping Policy

Free Shipping for all orders :  3- 7  Business days + Processing Time


Processing time: 

Our shipping warehouse is opened Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) 9am - 5pm. Orders placed within this time frame on average go out in 1-2 business days. 

However we reserve up to 4 business days to ship orders. 

In a case where an order is delayed beyond 4 days, the customer will be notified.


Most customers can expect to receive their orders within 10 days when Shipped FedEx Ground and 5 days when shipped expedited or 2nd day (We reserve the right to use the fastest service to your destination). 


We use FedEx, UPS and USPS. If you have a concern that your shipment is taking longer than expected, feel free to e-mail us at customerservice@totohairs.com and we will see what the holdup is.


****Flammable Items such as aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others must be shipped via Standard and cannot be shipped via Air. All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the contiguous U.S. states and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses.

Return Policy

 We want to make this as simple as possible and while protecting our customers, vendors, and products so that we may continue to offer the lowest prices in the industry.  Should you have a need to return or exchange a product (when allowed), we ask that you follow these steps as following: 

A. Can I Return My Product(s)?

We ask that you follow these general guidelines before initiating a return to us.

  • Returns MUST BE INITIATED AND RECEIVED within 30 (Thirty) Days of the original purchase and received 10 days after return process was initiated.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase.  If you have lost or misplaced your receipt, you may review a copy by signing on to your account and finding/printing a copy of the original sales order. 
  • In order to offer the best possible price, we reserves the right to inspect all return activity and refuse returns in cases of abuse.
  • Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded, unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise. Orders that received free shipping will be deducted $5.99. If you choose to mail your return to us, we ask that you cover the return shipping charges.

All others: We are happy to refund or exchange them if returned within 14 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging with the seal unbroken and package not damaged.

2. How Do I Initiate a Return?

 

  • Email us: The first step to ensuring a smooth, accurate, and timely return is to reach out to our customer service department by emailing us at customerservice@totohairs.com.  Please have your original order number ready when you email. Please allow 24 hours to receive instructions from our customer service department
  • If you are instructed to send the item back, please use the same shipping carton that you received it in. Including the packing slip is a must, all orders that arrive without a packing slip may be delayed in processing.
  • We recommend you ship products back to us using a traceable ground shipping method so you can track back your return.

3. What Happens Next?

Returns need to be received within 10 days after it was initiated. Once received you will receive credit back to your original form of payment. If your refund is being applied back to a bank card or credit card, expect the credit to appear on your account within 7-10 days after you receive notification that we have refunded your account.
